HYKE is designed so you can do everything intuitively, without handholding, doubt, or overthinking.

But we'd never leave you hanging! Sometimes you need a little guidance when you try something for the first time. We're here to help, every step of the way.

Launch a Campaign

To launch a campaign, simply open the Campaigns > Create tab.

You'll be prompted on who the campaign is for, what you're offering, where, and when (including duration).

You also have to give your campaign a name. You can be as creative as you'd like, though we recommend using a standardized naming protocol (like Tuesday 10%). That makes it easy to find when you want to repeat a campaign.

Manage a Campaign

You can easily check the performance of your campaigns on the Campaigns > Manage  tab.

You can deactivate, reactivate, or save (for later) any campaign that hasn't yet run to completion (ie: any campaign that isn't already over). If your campaign has run to completion and you'd like to run it again, simply select "Activate", and enter a new time under the when tab.

You can get further details on a specific campaign's performance by clicking on the campaign's Action, and selecting Insights:


For a higher level view of your overall performance, check out your Dashboard. Here, you'll see how much revenue HYKE has generated for you to-date, as well as a summary of your performance in the last day, week, month, and year. You can also see your transactions here.
